Privacy Policy

Pursuant to Article 13 Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 on the protection of personal data and EU Regulation 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)

We hereby wish to inform users that the Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 consolidated (Privacy Code) and the European Regulation GDPR EU 2016/679 provide for the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data.

In accordance with the aforementioned legislation, this note is intended to inform users visiting the website (hereinafter the “Site”) of the Policy adopted on the Protection of Personal Data, emphasising its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site, such processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality and your rights.

Navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of any areas in which the user may freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him or her in order to access specifically identified services. Where, therefore, the visitor intends to provide his or her personal data in order to access such further services, he or she will be expressly informed in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, Personal Data Protection Code and EU Regulation 679/2016 – “GDPR”, with an indication of the purposes and methods of use of the data, as well as the right to request at any time the deletion of the data.

Information on the protection of personal data
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 “Personal Data Protection Code” (hereinafter the “Code”), and EU Regulation 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the “GDPR”) the following information is provided.

Types of personal data processed
No registration is required to access the Site. However, there may be sections within the Site that require registration, or services for the use of which it is necessary to provide your data (e.g. contact form).

If information and personal data are acquired, we will inform users, pursuant to Article 13 of the Code, of the purposes for which such data are requested and the manner in which they will be used. Where necessary, we will acquire the user’s specific consent to the relevant use of the data. By way of example, personal data such as name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and other information that the user agrees to provide in order to use the services of the Site by filling in a specific registration form may be requested. Personal data collected online will be used only for the purposes indicated during registration.

The data relating to connection and navigation within the Site (such as the URI-Uniform Resource Identifier addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment) are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct operation, and will be automatically deleted after the relevant time period has elapsed. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Site: to the exclusion of this eventuality, the data will be deleted after the time required to provide the services illustrated on the Site has elapsed.

Optional supply of personal data
The provision of Personal Data is generally optional. Only in certain cases may failure to provide data make it impossible to access specific services and obtain what may be requested (e.g. registration is necessary to proceed with sending the contact form).

Method of data processing and scope of communication
Data may be processed both electronically and on paper. We guarantee the lawful and correct processing of the personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with the regulations in force, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided during registration.

Data shall not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information notice provided to the user from time to time and subject to the user’s prior authorisation.

Links to other sites
This notice is provided for this Site only and not for any other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. We cannot be held responsible for personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites linked to this Site.

Personal data Rights
Pursuant to Art. 7 of the Code, you have the right to obtain information on the processing of your data from the person in charge, including

– to obtain, without delay, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you

– to obtain information on the origin of your personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identification details of the data controller or data processors, the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data in their capacity as data processors or persons in charge of processing; the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data

– obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;

– object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of commercial information or the sending of advertising or direct sales material or for the performance of market research or commercial communication surveys.

Data transfer
Personal data are stored on OVH servers located in France, within the European Union.

However, it is understood that the Data Controller may also move the servers outside the EU if necessary. In this case, the Data Controller assures you as of now that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.

Revision clause
We reserve the right to revise, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, in any way and/or at any time, without prior notice, this Privacy Policy, also in consideration of changes in laws or regulations on the protection of personal data. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified to users on the Home Page of the Site as soon as they are adopted and will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site in this same section. We therefore ask you to regularly access this section to check the publication of the most recent and updated Privacy Policy.
